Tuesday from Jordan

It is late afternoon with the sounds of evening prayer from the nearby mosques. Barry has finished his second day in the clinic. He is working here at Anoor Sanatorium through Wednesday. On Thursday, the clinic will be located in the desert where he will be seeing Bedouin tribes people.

So far, he has completed one endodontic procedure (thus avoiding an extraction), many restorations and two extractions. He has found the clinic to be well equipped. The assistant Maria is from Brazil and is fluent in Arabic and English. Patients are workers here at the hospital and people from the nearby town of Mafraq.

Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, dining area and living room. I went grocery shopping yesterday. The grocery store was better than many that we experienced in the Caribean.

I will try to get a photo posted tomorrow. WiFi here is sporadic.
